Episode 113 - It's okay to not be okay | How to release the struggle and move forward with ease

What do you do when you feel decidedly not okay?

You’re intelligent and wise, and you know that ‘this too shall pass,’ but right now you’re here and, well, it’s not a huge vibe.

I wish I had some cheatsheet or ‘life hack’ that I could share with you to make this time easier, but sadly. I don’t. The reality is that we are all having this wildly unpredictable and ever-evolving human experience here on earth.

And no matter what anyone tells you or however many experts try to sell you otherwise:

We’re all just out here trying to figure shit out.

Here's the thing nobody in the wellness space wants to tell you: there is no magical place where you arrive and everything becomes perfect.

There is no amount of mindset work or nervous system regulation or somatic healing that puts you beyond the reach of life being hard sometimes. And pretending otherwise doesn't protect you — it just makes the hard moments feel like failure.

So no matter what you might see online or what you might be being sold, the hard truth is this:

No one has the secret answer to make life perfect.

Look, I know that we’re all after that juicy, high-vibe life (at least I know I am!).

So do you want to know the actual ‘secret’ to getting there?

Learning to hold space for all of it. 

The good, the hard, the confusing, the messy.

Building a baseline that's stable enough to ride the waves of whatever life throws your way without being destroyed by them. And showing up for yourself — especially in the moments when you least feel like it.

(I know, I know. Self-responsibility sucks sometimes, but that’s a pill we’re all going to have to swallow at one point or another.)

No matter where you’re at right now, I have some good news for you:
