Episode 101 - Perfection isn’t required | Embracing mistakes with gentleness

Why are we so afraid of saying ‘I messed up?’

There seems to be some kind of weird taboo around admitting when things didn’t go quite as we planned or hoped.

This episode is meant to be a balm for that.

In this episode, I share a really personal story about how I worked hard, made some decisions that were right at the time but that brought me to an outcome I didn’t really expect or desire.

But you know what? It’s all good!

That’s the part that we need to remember! Even when things don’t work out exactly how we hoped, they are an invaluable lesson.

Do you struggle with perfectionism or beating yourself up when things don’t go as planned? In this episode, we explore how to embrace mistakes, practice self-compassion and allow life to unfold without judgment.
