Episode 091 - Releasing the pressure | A softer path to motivation

What if we didn’t need to push, force or strive in order to be productive?

The all-encompassing desire in our current culture to be productive can often be a weight we carry.

There tends to be an inner narrative with my clients that they’re not doing enough, not achieving their goals, not being consistent or productive enough…

This has got to stop.

We need to release some of the pressure that we put on ourselves to show up, behave or achieve in a certain way. We have to release the desire to be more human doing than human being.

This episode talks specifically about what is possible on the other side of letting go of the pressure to be productive.

In this episode, I share:

✧ Why you don’t need pressure to be productive

✧ How to release internal pressure and stop forcing outcomes

✧ The connection between pressure, worthiness and hustle culture

✧ What true motivation really feels like — and how to find it again

✧ Why your worth isn’t tied to how much you do or achieve

✧ How to move from striving to inspired action by listening to your body and intuition

✧ How to live in flow and alignment with your true self, not external expectations
