How do you manage your emotions?

Do you allow yourself to feel things fully?

WHEN YOU’RE IN THE MIDST OF CHANGE, TRANSITION OR DISCOMFORT CAN YOU LET YOURSELF BE?

It’s so much easier to just pretend things aren’t happening and to stuff our emotions down. But it’s a short-term solution that causes long-term problems. When we do this we do ourselves a massive disservice and create an emotional mess that we’ll have to clean up later.

If you aren’t feeling your feelings now you can bet you’ll have to deal with them later.

There is no way around feeling our feelings. We can postpone it - usually with explosive consequences - but they will make themselves known one way or another.

In this episode, I share my personal experience of feeling my feelings as I transition and move from one city to another. Dive in to learn about the process I use to keep the emotional pipes clear and to move through my emotions with ease.
