Episode 066 - Temple or Fixer Upper? (Reframing ideas of self-worth)

A picture I took of the Colosseum in Rome, Italy (2012)

Have you ever stopped to think about how you view yourself?

Do you tend to treat yourself as a temple: something magical and wonderful.

Or do you see yourself more as a fixer upper: something that’ll be really great after a little bit of work?

How would your life changed if you were able to believe that you are both wonderful and worthy right now, just as you are?

In this episode, I talk about the metaphor of viewing ourselves as a temple or a fixer upper. What lens are you viewing yourself through?

This episode will help you reframe your thoughts around how you view yourself (both from an internal and external perspective) and help you sink deeper into an inherent sense of worthiness.
