Ever fallen off the wagon?

After a beautiful summer full of highs and lows and tons of movement… that’s what happened to me.

I COMPLETELY LET GO OF MY SPIRITUAL PRACTICE AND ALL OF THE THINGS I NORMALLY DO TO TAKE CARE OF MYSELF. 

In some ways, this was a conscious decision. But in others, it was a reaction to feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated and constantly in a rush.

And let’s be honest… that’s so not a vibe.

It took veering off into burnout to really get me to stop and re-evaluate my priorities.

In this episode, I walk you through my experience and what I’m doing to get myself back on my path and back in balance.
